Title
Cobalt drill bit
Description
Cobalt bits are the only ones to use - Titanium coated and high speed steel bits dull within a few holes especially when drilling into chassis members. I also sourced industrial quality cobalt bits which are consederably cheaper to purchase in bulk - about $0.80 USD each.

Title
Drill press
Description
I found the drill press invaluable for accurate clean (center punched) panel drilling - the press was equipped with bulk double ended titanium bits, which worked well for the alloy panels. Only holes inaccessible by the press were hand drilled
