I also sourced industrial quality cobalt bits which are consederably cheaper to purchase in bulk - about $0.80 USD each.   Size 276.13K  Date Mar,01,2004     Title Bulk inexpensive titanium industrial bits with double ends Description Bulk inexpensive titanium industrial bits with double ends are great for the aluminum alloy panel drilling but not very good for drilling into the chassis   Size 141.32K  Date Mar,01,2004     Title Drill press Description I found the drill press invaluable for accurate clean (center punched) panel drilling - the press was equipped with bulk double ended titanium bits, which worked well for the alloy panels.
